I recently hired Western Waste Water Systems to complete drainage work at my home. I had the perimeter drains on the north and west sides of my home necessarily replaced with a new system recommended and built to current code requirements –a two part system for ground and rain water. Jackson Twa and his team, worked at my home and performed the work together, even over the weekend on Saturday and Sunday. They impressed me with their commitment to hard work and obvious skill using hand shovels and machines in digging straight deep trenches and hardly disturbing the nearby vegetation.
Western Waste Water Systems is thorough from start to finish of a project. When I first contacted their office, Jackson came to the site straight away to inspect. Following, he assisted me in performing a camera view of the drain system and made recommendations based upon those results. He provided me sketches and a detailed synopsis of the strategy to excavate my yard prior to commencing the work, and briefed me on progress midway through. Jackson replied quickly to my emails and offered flexibility in terms of scheduling the work to be performed and the job got done within the estimated time frame.
